Prototyping Sandblasting Nozzles

What is better than having the whole in-house production team field testing the wear resistance of our new material in development: Cemented Tungsten Carbide.

The Conflux 1 Metal 3D Printing platform is ideal for prototyping easy, fast and safe. This converging-diverging nozzle has been printed in WC-17Co and is now installed in our sandblaster.

And the best part? Print-time of this prototype was just under 3 hours.

Make sure to talk to our team at Rapid+TCT, booth 4243 about our material developments!
